Frank Martin Site Services provides property maintenance and facilities management services across the North West of England. Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are free and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered during the project. Any changes to the quoted price will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Once a quote is accepted and work is scheduled:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out charge
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests
- Access to the property must be provided at the agreed time
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of quotation. For larger projects, staged payments may be required. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash payments.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be detailed in your quote. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly to allow for inspection and rectification.
7. Insurance and Liability
Frank Martin Site Services carries public liability insurance of £5 million. We are Gas Safe registered for all gas-related work. Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying defective work or, at our discretion, refunding the cost of the affected service.
8. Access and Property
Clients must ensure:
- Safe and clear access to the work area
- Accurate information about the property and any known hazards
- Removal of valuables from work areas
- Appropriate permissions for the work to be carried out
9. Health and Safety
We conduct risk assessments for all work and comply with relevant health and safety legislation. Clients must inform us of any hazards on the property. We reserve the right to refuse or cease work if conditions are unsafe.
10. Intellectual Property
